Ticket2RideBC have been riding and working with Commencal bikes for the past five seasons. Our passion for their bikes was recognised by Nico, Commencal's head designer when he came to stay as a guest in 2009 at Ticket2RideBC, and soon after we became Commencal-Canada's exclusive demo and test centre.

Commencal produce the a superb range of bikes that are ideal for type of riding we enjoy here in British Columbia. Our preferred bike for the All Mountain trails we ride is the Commencal Meta 5.5. The single pivot contact system gives the rider un-matched feel for the terrain he is covering, and the geometry of the bike gives great confidence when tackling some of the more challenging terrain we ride.

Meta 5.5 Pro

For All-Mountain trails that have the option for faster, steeper descents we will some times opt for the Commencal Meta 6. This bike is slightly bulkier, however the adjustable seat post and slacker head angle makes for super fun flowing descents.

Meta 6

In the Whistler Bike Park many of our team ride the Commencal Supreme 8. This is a new bike that we were demoing at the end of last season and is now on general release. It's the ideal Whistler Bike Park bike. Super fun to ride with 8 inches of travel that gives riders the confidence of a big bounce bike whilst having the nimble ability of a single crown fork bike.

Supreme 8

Of course we also ride the all new Commencal Supreme DH v3. This is the bike that Gee and Rachel Atherton are riding this season on the world cup circuit. This bike has come from the pedigree of the Supreme DH v2 which Gee Atherton won the World Cup on in 2010, and I can tell you that this bike is even faster. With an all new single pivot floating shock link, the bike now has a lower stand over height, integrated cable routing, a lower bottom bracket and slacker angles. This truly is a race weapon and if you want to try the fastest bike in the Whistler Bike Park this summer you should rent one of ours. You won't regret it.
