At the end of the 2011 season our guide director, Dan, was lucky enough to ride Whistler Bike Park's new alpine trail, "Top of the World" from the top of the Whistler Peak Chair with Bike Park legend Tom Pro, who with his team created the this new trail amongst many of the trails in the Whistler Bike Park.
Dan was stocked with his sneak preview of the trail saying it was an awesome addition to the extensive network of trails in the bike park, not to mention the superb views from the Whistler peak down the valley towards Black Tusk and up towards Pemberton.

Well it took a lot of digging from the crews to open the first set of trails for the opening weekend, but as you can see from this video they succeeded and the Whistler Bike Park is now open for the season with more trails opening daily.
