our people
More than an integral part of your holiday. We know that often you'll develop friendships with the people who take you out and share in your riding experiences. We have selected our team for their riding ability, sense of responsibility and qualifications (all of our guides are either CMIC, SMBLA or NCCP trained), but more so, for their enthusiasm, passion and ability to make you smile.
Most of them have been guiding with us for a number of years now - and with this experience comes unsurpassed local trail knowledge. They’re also contractually obliged to sacrifice themselves in the event of a bear attack!
We’ve also all ridden in the UK for years too, with our guide’s experience ranging from XC national champs to seasoned DH racers. This solid UK trail knowledge and experience helps us to understand many of our guests riding expectations.
our facilities
Whether it be where you lay your weary head after a day on the bike, or the specially adapted vehicles we use to take you to the otherwise inaccessible trails, our facilities are both essential and unique. There is simply no other way to get to the places we can take you and your bike.
You will stay at our bespoke, well located T2R rider centre, with a fully stocked Park Tool supported workshop and full-time mechanic on-hand to ensure that you’re always rolling.
Your room will have all the usual suspects such as TV/DVD, an ensuite bathroom and a fridge to keep your kokanees cold.
At the end of a days ride, you can choose whether you want to kick back in the social area and watch an iconic mtb film or frustrate yourself at the playstation, jump in the hot-tub or sauna to placate those new aches and pains, or simply sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun!

our responsibility
Riding the trails around Whistler and the surrounds isn’t just about collecting you from the airport and spending a week on the trails. There’s far more involved.
Many of the trails that you will ride are located in provincial parks, managed and governed by the province. To ride in these parks requires legal permission and the appropriate permits. It’s important that we have these, as a percentage of the costs involved are injected back into maintenance of the land and trails.
More importantly, all of the trails that we ride require regular maintenance and upkeep. This maintenance is primarily provided by volunteer groups and local trail bodies such as WORCA, SORCA, PVTA and the NSMBA. We’re proud to say that not only do we contribute financially to each of the above associations, but we also provide many man hours of maintenance support (you should ask Andy about his 14hr hike to the top of the heli-drop compete with chainsaw and fuel can!) on a regular basis during the busy seasonal months.
your safety
Okay, so you’re on holiday and don’t want to start considering ‘worst case’ scenarios.
An edited version – all of our guides are qualified professionals with both guiding and first aid qualifications. Out on the trails, you have full vehicle back–up, radio, mobile and GPS communication support networks.
We’re also all insured to guide you out on the trails and we’re actually allowed to be on them with you!
your pennies
The GB pound goes a long way in Canada, but without local knowledge Whistler could be expensive. We have negotiated the best deals for our guests on lift passes, non–biking trips, kit or even buying that new bike.
