Keeping you rolling everyday when on a riding holiday in Whistler is something we pride ourselves on. We understand that you’ve come along way, spent a chunk of your hard earned cash getting to us therefore every minute on the trails counts. The last thing you need is a day wasted running around the local shops and associated down-time waiting for a window of mechanic availability!
We have a fully equipped Park Tool supported workshop and a dedicated on-site mechanic, Dan, who is located in our main riding centre. He's a genius where bike maintenance is concerned and is on hand as bike first aid and to help you maintain, optimise and repair your trusty steed. His knowledge covers areas such as shock rebuilds, fork servicing and bespoke wheel building.
His help and advice is free to all our guests, with only small charges applied for larger rebuilds and parts. Our workshops are equipped to solve the majority of problems that may occur to your bike during that unexpected technical dismount! We can cope with anything from disc brake alignments to full wheel rebuilds, bottom bracket replacement and suspension tuning.
Our workshop is also fully stocked with a vast array of spares that includes: rims, derailleurs, chains, pads, tyres, tubes, saddles, levers, BB’s, pedals etc.
Secure bike storage is a given of course in one of our t2r garages. We can securely store up to 60 bikes at any one time with room enough to work on as many bikes as required. A bike/kit cleaning facility is also available.
