Day Morning Afternoon Evening
Friday Collection from Van International Drive up the scenic sea2sky highway.
Arrive at the T2R rider centre.
Room allocation.
Bike build / fettle.
Group Dinner.
Q&A session.
Discuss skills/trip options.
Whistler village for beers for whoever can face it!
Saturday Local intro ride, initial skills review, short lost lake loop, orientation and lunch in whistler village. Time for some of the best local Whistler technical singletrack. The trails are a mixture of natural rock steeps, roots, small wooden structures and twisty flowing link sections all with short tech punchy climbs and fast, flowing high grin-factor descents with plenty to catch you out! We're thinking a loop like Sh!t Happens, Big Kahuna, Section 102, KMTM. Group meal in one of the many Whistler village restaurants.
Bar and beers.
Sunday Whistler Day The Infamous Whistler Bike Park - Do not fear there are trails for all abilities. This will involve an introduction to the park, with a focus on line choice, braking, cornering etc, to ensure you get the most out of your descents. They’ll also be some skills options for those that want to learn to jump, drop and generally let it all hangout a bit! Group dinner at the lodge.
Relaxing evening by the DVD player watching some choice MTB films.
Monday Squamish Day Full day riding at this hidden West Coast BC riding gem - home to infamous Test of Metal and Cheakamus Challenge.
The trail network here spans over 300km and takes in a lush green minature rainforest, some breathtaking coastal scenery and some of the most creative rideable! woodwork in the area. Loop idea: Crouching Squirrel, Hidden Monkey, Don’t Tell Jude, Made in the Shade.
Group dinner back at the lodge in Whistler.
Playstation challenge with bikey prizes
Tuesday Pemberton or Vancouver Northshore Pemberton tends to have a crazy little micro-climate of it's own. The trails are nothing like Whistler or Squamish - here, expect very dry, dusty loose trails where the key is steer with your hips when descending, and get the weight down (and tire pressures!) when climbing! There are also a lot of challenging exposed rock sections and ridgelines. A different type of riding style in needed here - expect a challenge!

The infamous Vancouver North Shore! Popular misconceptions aside most of the North Shores woodwork is at ground level and not at a vertigo inspiring 16ft up, although that's there if its your bag. Mt Seymore, think ground level rocky, technical, fun fun descents, with some ground level woodwork...and some drops, of course!
Group dinner in the cabin maybe some canoeing on the lake, poker by the open fire, soaking in the hot tub.
Wednesday South Chilcotin Mountains Pemberton tends to have a crazy little micro-climate of it's own. No dinner tonight guys.
Free to do what you want!
Thursday South Chilcotin Mountains Pemberton tends to have a crazy little micro-climate of it's own. Group Dinner at lodge.
Free Night.
Friday Rest Day/Option Day – As it’s nearing the end of the trip, you’ll be needing a well needed rest day! Relax in the hot-tub, spend your hard-earned on some essential bike porn or simply take in the Whistler sights! For those of you however who have the energy, there’s the option of a once-in-a-lifetime helibiking trip from a 6600ft mountain drop (£125 pp). You'll start in the alpine peaks, and descend through the sub, down rocky steeps, tree lined singletrack and naturally formed flow. You can’t get further away from humans and closer to nature than this epic day out. or more Local Whistler Trails. Group Dinner at lodge.
Anyone for a pub crawl?
Saturday Bikepark It's the last day - time for a big group ride and to see how everybody has progressed during the holiday. Plan is to spend the entire day in the bikepark, riding as many of the trails as we can, going back to trails/features which proved challenging on the first day and reviewing how everybody has improved.
We may even have a bit of a group race / time trail!
BBQ back at the riders lodge.
Prizes awarded for events such as most comedy crash, most improved rider, biggest whiner etc.
Sunday Home James Make our way back down the sea2sky highway, taking in downtown Vancouver, and heading back to the UK.
