Dan the spanner is our lead mechanic, and returns to us in 2008 for his second season. He's a genius where bike maintenance is concerned and is on hand as first aid for mechanicals and to help you maintain and optimize your trusty steed. His knowledge covers fork rebuilds, fork servicing and bespoke wheel building with his help and advice free to all of our guests. Small charges are applied for larger rebuilds (wheels etc) and parts.

Our fully supported Park Tool workshop is also stocked with a vast array of spares that includes: rims, derailleurs, chains, pads, tyres, tubes, saddles, levers, BB’s, pedals etc.

Secure bike storage is a given of course in one of our t2r garages. We can securely store up to 60 bikes at any one time with room enough to work on as many bikes as required. A bike/kit cleaning facility is also available.

All of our guides are quite useful with a multi-tool too and carry a fairly comprehensive tool kit whilst guiding out on the trails. If we are unable to repair your bike to a rideable condition - we send out a recovery truck to collect you (and the others who decide it’s beer-o’clock)
